Return Policy 

Items that were received damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery for a replacement. A credit will be issued at the discretion of Smith Family Jewels.  Please contact us by email to discuss and to begin the return process. Email us at smithfamilyjewels3@gmail.com.

*Note that the damaged item must be returned at the discretion of Smith Family Jewels based on the condition of the item.
